Appointments are "learning, teaching and discussion sessions" not clinical appointments. I am not sure that any of us need "therapy" but we definitely need to be better informed.

Bipolar Association

The Bipolar Association looks at non-medical management of bipolar disorder. It is not antimedication, rather considers that the best decisions are made when a number of alternatives are considered.

We like - good health, vitamins, omega 3 essential fatty acids, exercise, fun and being happy

We don't like - being told what to do, being told that bipolar is a life long illness, being told it is genetic and we shouldn't have children
